Hi, I am Karrie Klimas.

I am a Time Mindset & Management Specialist for  individuals, small business owners and C-Suite Executives.

I offer an extra set of hands and guidance in tackling several business and/or personal areas of concern.  Including administrative, marketing, visibility and a time mindset & management strategy adding more flow, management and balance in your business and personal life.

My ideal client is an individual, small business owner or a C-Suite Executive who is willing to identify areas that they’ve been hesitant to manage and/or delegate so they can grow more effectively.

I offer Working Sessions as we define and create a ‘Plan of Action’: a Daily Schedule with Time Blocking.  We include your business and personal activities/ideas, good daily habits and a mindset practice.  We also complete tasks/projects together, online and/or in person, or delegate to someone else.

You will learn and develop new skills and habits in HOW to execute with greater clarity, direction and confidence resulting in feeling more organized from determination and inspiration.

HOW DO I MANAGE MY TIME?
~ Decide it’s TIME to be more deliberate, effective and disciplined with your time
~ Sit down with yourself with pen and paper in a quiet location/consider being in nature
~ Write  the BUSINESS activities that need to get accomplished.
~ Write the PERSONAL activities you wish to enjoy (by yourself, with family, friends, etc)
~ Next to each activity, estimate the amount of time it will take to do the activity/task/project (15 mins, 30 mins, 1 hour, hour and a half, etc)
~ Label each task/activity with NOW, Next Week, Next Month
~ Print an hourly schedule (Monday-Sunday)
~ Plan each day starting with your morning good habits and time block the activities you listed for NOW
~ Consider a business/personal task to complete first then REWARD yourself with time for you to relax and regroup
~ Feel good about your progress and TAKE ACTION!
~ Consider planning out a week schedule.
~ Reflect on what you did accomplish and what you could improve upon

I am a South Florida native with over 12 years in extensive networking experience, retail sales, marketing, presentation skills.  I am committed to my human potential through personal one-on-one training and attending experiential workshops.   I am passionate about helping others for long term success and I am an expert in my field. I am inspired to help others in being more effective to get more out of their TIME resulting in feeling more organized, motivated and accomplished.
